Faulkner Collection
Harry Faulkner was granted land south east of Beacon under the Conditional Purchase Scheme in 1927. With his wife Emily and son Colin, he established a successful farming enterprise.

Tractor pulling steel wheel combine. Only one truck was needed with the 44 gallon drum of fuel and the bagged seed on the truck tray ready to load the seeding machine.

Seeding with 2 tractors and combines at Faulkner’s property south east of Beacon.

Bulk handling comes to the Faulkner property.

The new side tipping bulk bin unloads at the Beacon wheat bin. The bin was the only one of it’s kind in Beacon at this time.
